At the heart of RK Counselling is a commitment to helping clients feel understood, supported, and empowered. I am a Registered Psychologist based in Red Deer, Alberta, offering both in-person and virtual therapy for adults, teenagers, and couples. My approach is grounded in empathy, professionalism, and a deep respect for the individuality of each client.

I also offer comprehensive ADHD assessments, which include a full diagnostic evaluation and personalized recommendations to support better functioning at home, school, or work.
